PROCEDURES

On the day of the rental, you will be met by a staff member at your designated location who will have you fill out the Rental Agreement Waiver and go over all the safety procedures in the Boater Safety Checklist. Please read the waiver beforehand. Once all forms have been completed and you are comfortable with the vessel, it’s time for a great day of fun on the lake!

Hourly, Half-day, Full-day, and 12-hour boat rental options are available. Browse Our Boats for rates. Rentals are available starting at 8 am, 12:30 pm, or 5 pm and must return to the dock by 8 pm at the latest. A boating license is not required for daily rentals. Must be 21 years or older to rent.

DAMAGE

Upon return, all boats will be thoroughly inspected for damage. If it has been determined that damage has been caused to the boat, the renter will forfeit their $2000 deposit. If the damage is greater than $2000, the renter will be held accountable and charged for the remainder of the damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide fair notice and maintain scheduling efficiency, the following cancellation terms apply:

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled rental will incur a $300 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative charge, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations (Company-Initiated)

  • In the event that we must cancel your rental due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative charge.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps us manage bookings fairly for all our customers.

To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all our customers, we have implemented the following return and timing policies:

1. Late Fee

  • Any late return will incur a fee.
    • For every 15 minutes late, a 30-minute rental fee will be charged.
  • Fees are based on the actual time of return.

2. Late Arrival Policy

  • Your rental time begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of arrival time.
    • Late arrivals do not extend the rental period.
    • Example: If your rental is scheduled from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and you arrive at 12:30 PM, your return time is still 4:00 PM.

3. No-Show / Excessive Delay

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late to pick up your rental without prior communication, the booking may be cancelled without a refund.
